We work for Councils and for Developers, seeking to find agreement on matters relating to the cost and affordability of Affordable Housing. Both sides have requirements, expectations and limitations and we work towards trying to resolve their differences. Other areas, education contributions and open space provision are also something we deal with in Sn106 negotiations.
